I'm walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians
I'm walking 7k steps a day from 1 April which is Autism awareness month to 31 May to support Autistic Australians, inspired by my daughter Harlow, who was diagnosed with autism in February. This cause is very close to my heart, and I’ve stepped up to Walk for Autism for Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).
Did you know? Because the world is not autism-friendly, 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health issues.
By walking every day, I’m raising funds to help Autistic people and their families access earlier diagnoses, autism-specific schooling, vital research, and create inclusive, autism-friendly environments.
Please support my Walk for Autism and donate today! Your generosity will help make the world a brighter place for Harlow and so many others. Thank you so much!
