In May 2024, Cushman & Wakefield took part in the Walk for Autism, with employees walking 7,000 steps daily to raise awareness and funds. The event highlighted the need to support the 1 in 40 people on the autism spectrum.
It sparked discussions about neurodiversity, building stronger workplace connections. The company also partners with Aspect’s Autism Friendly Team to improve accessibility in public spaces.
