It's my intention to make the 10,000 steps or roughly 8km per day different each time, so feel free to send me a request in the donations message or shoot me a message and I'll make it happen and upload the proof to my page. For example - run on a beach, run on the spot, use a skipping rope whilst running etc. I'm up for (almost) anything!I'm walking 10k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

As a Father of a Neurodivergent 11 year old Son, I want to get involved and finally contribute to a community that I have been a part of for so long now.
Did you know? Because the world is not autism-friendly, 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health issues.
