I'm walking 7k steps a day this May to support Autistic Australians

I've stepped up to Walk for Autism, inspired by someone truly amazing—Xavier my son. Autism is different for everyone, and Xavier is proof of how beautifully unique the spectrum is. While the world isn’t always autism-friendly, we can take steps—literally—to change that.

Did you know that 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges? That’s why I’m walking 7,000 steps a day in May to support Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia).

Every Autistic person has their own strengths, challenges, and way of experiencing the world. By walking and fundraising, we can help create a more inclusive society, provide early diagnosis and specialized schooling, and support services that allow Autistic people to thrive.

Join me in celebrating Xavier’s brilliance and the diversity of autism by walking with us or donating. Every step we take makes a difference! Thank you for your support.
